EasyDesk! is an automated 3D help desk system developed using Foxpro 2.6a and designed to operate under Windows 3.1. System tracks users, inventory, software, vendors, technicians, problems and more. Completely data driven. You can modify all screens, messages, menus, etc. Includes paging capability, CC:Mail and Microsoft Mail capability, fully network capable and tested successfully with Netware 2.15, 3.11 and 4.0, LANMan, LANTastic, and Windows for Workgroups. Source code available. You now choose where to open the data files, and you can view all completed problems entered into the system by you. Previous version of this program uploaded as EASYHELP.ZIP.

Note: If running Windows 3.1, SHARE.EXE is required to be loaded before starting Windows. If running Windows for Workgroups, Windows95 or Windows NT, SHARE.EXE is not required.

If unziping this file manually, use pkunzip -d to recreate directory structure.

To run, launch: EZDESK!.EXE
